In 2025 we are prioritizing building inventory!!
A year long wait just isn't realistic in this day and age! After hiring help in the shop, we spent the second half of 2024 investing our time and money into streamlining our longest standing products such as intermediate pipes, jpipes + catbacks in order to improve efficiency, and turnaround times here in the shop.
This resulted in us having to 3D scan our products, develop the programs ourselves for each of our product variants, and translate it to our mandrel bender to result in the perfect fitment every time, which was not as easy as it seems considering we had to teach ourselves how to do it.
This came with frequent setbacks, but in the end- proved to be worth the wait. Once we confirmed to have consistent results, and continuous perfect fitment- we mass produced our intermediate pipes, + catbacks orders with extras to spare! We are currently in the process of shipping out all on order.
Our Rae-Motorsports website will be undergoing some maintenance in February/March, and we will start updating inventory reflective on what's in stock on our shelves after finishing up shipping out orders! We will also be taking thirst-ti exhausts off the website, and custom powder coated tip options!
In return, moving forward, as each batch gets finished up, the inventory will be updated to reflect in stock variants on the website only. There will be no products sold that aren't in stock, and each product variants will be built in batches.
Next up on our list of "catch up"/streamlining is Rae titanium, aluminum & schedule 10 products/orders. We already have all titanium, aluminum, and schedule 10 orders accounted for/built/prepped, and awaiting welding and/or anodization. (This includes intakes, charge pipes, rad hoses, fmic kits + headers + pulley covers, air boxes, & thirst-ti exhausts)
We have 2 full titanium side exits in stock, and they will be available soon on the website to ship next day.

No, our Rae-Motorsports Intermediate Pipes do NOT require a tune.
Nonetheless, we consistently observe a 10-15whp increase when combined with a custom tune.
We are renowned for our extended wait times and delays due to high demand.
Prepare for delays before making a purchase. In many cases, wait times exceed expectations.
Avoid scheduling custom tunes without tracking or your product. Delays of up to a year have been observed.

If you’re ordering from rae motorsports, definitely make sure you can stay as patient as possible waiting for your item. I waited nearly 20 weeks for my catback exhaust system arrive. But I can say that the exhaust system made up for all that time once I put it on my car and heard it. Rae Motorsport is 100% worth the wait if you’re considering buying from them.
Hands down the best intakes on the market craftsmanship is phenomenal and the sounds produced from this are crazy. You’d be wild to pass these up
Everything about this exhaust is perfect! It sounds amazing, it looks amazing, I couldn’t be happier with choosing this exhaust over all the others on the market. Morgan and her team are amazing and they have been working so very hard to make sure I got an exhaust like no other! I was so excited when it got delivered but once I installed it on the car and paired it up with the jpipe from RAE and first started the car I was amazed and just flat out obsessed with the sound. All I want to do is drive the car no music windows down and just listen to the engine roar, the turbo spool and the pops are crazy!! Choosing RAE for my TBE system was 100% the best choice I could have made!

While this review is mainly about my thoughts on the Intermediate pipe, I will touch base on my entire buying experience. First off, the level of craftsmanship is top-notch, especially from an independently owned company. I'm a firm believer in supporting small/local businesses when possible, so this aligned well for me as a buyer.
As far as my buying experience, it is no surprise to anyone that lead times are longer given the nature of this business. Knowing that, I was provided a timeframe of up to 2 weeks the day before my order was placed (11/20). 2 weeks went by and I touched base a few times until I received another updated ETA. Ultimately, my wait time, until shipping was provided, was on 12/19, then delivered on 12/21. My only "complaint" is not waiting as long as I did, which they clearly outline upon entering their website, but the inaccurate ETAs provided. I was coordinating with my tuner, which caused some hurdles since I was basing everything on the initial ETA.
I have full consideration for their business, how many people are attending to certain things, it would have been a better experience if the ETA I was provided was more realistic, as I hate being "that customer" who sends multiple emails to check-in.
Overall, they're a fantastic company, pump out some amazing products and I would recommend them any day of the week.
