We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once an order is placed it may not be cancelled. Please ensure that you are 100% sure you want a custom fabricated system.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. No excess heat cycles, no scuffs, scratches, dings, or damage. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rae-motorsports.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Restocking fee does apply.

Cancellations: Due to the fact that all orders are custom built, and built to order, we do NOT allow for cancellations after purchase. Agreeing to our terms and conditions at checkout is you agreeing to this policy.

If you chargeback the purchase, we will include this cancellation policy into the dispute. Please ensure that you are 100% positive you want a custom fabricated system before you purchase from Rae. Wait times due vary due to an influx of orders. There are some special occasions that we do allow refunds/cancellations- however 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover fees associated with the transaction.

False Chargebacks: If you file a fraudulent chargeback after agreeing to these terms, and conditions- your order here at Rae will be cancelled immediately afterwards, and a 50% processing fee WILL be applied. This is an inconvenience fee due to how much time, money, and resources are used to fight these false chargebacks. These chargebacks take away from time spent working on other orders here at Rae. Agreeing to terms, and conditions at check-out is agreeing to these terms.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, as well as systems that have been through a heat cycle.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to Morgan at info@rae-motorsports.com, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please allow for 48/72 hours for a reply!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Exceptions may apply if you've spoken to Morgan prior.
