Installation:

For the best results, we recommend using Windex as a lubricant for the couplers to prevent scratching and make installation easier. Please consider keeping the charge pipe partially wrapped while adjusting its position. Always ensure to meticulously clean your charge pipe upon unwrapping and installation, following the provided instructions.
Remove the factory air duct, intake box, and radiator fan before installation for a simpler process and reduced risk of damaging the charge pipe.
To continue with the installation process, the next step is to remove the factory charge pipe.
Utilize the provided Rae-Motorsports half-moon turbo outlet adapters and properly install them onto your turbo outlet.
The half-moon adapter is designed to fit perfectly within the channel of the turbo outlet. Ensure proper installation by placing the half-moon adapters ON the turbo outlet, instead of inside the coupler.
The coupler should be slid over the half-moon turbo outlet adapter. It is important not to reuse the factory O-Ring.
Secure the bottom coupler to the turbo first without attaching the charge pipe. Ensure it is properly seated and flush.
Prior to inserting the charge pipe, slide the clamp onto the coupler, ensuring it is not tightened, and left loose for future adjustments. This allows you to easily attach the clamp without any hindrance from the charge pipe.
Place the remaining coupler on top of the charge pipe and slide it down until it is flush with the top. This will prevent any interference when positioning the pipe. Next, insert the lower pipe into the turbo coupler, allowing it to naturally swing into place. 🦾
After properly positioning the charge pipe, adjust the couplers and clamps before securely tightening them over the couplers.
The charge pipe should fit snugly and should not come into contact with any other objects when properly positioned. It may require some adjustment to ensure proper fitting. The charge pipes are designed to fit in only one specific way and are thoroughly tested before being shipped out. It is recommended to allocate enough time to properly test the fitment before making any inquiries.

Cleaning & Care:

To maintain the original color of your charge pipe and achieve the best results, we strongly recommend using only Windex or Acetone for cleaning. It is important to clean the surface thoroughly and avoid any streaks with a paper towel or microfiber cloth. As an expert in this industry, I highly recommend this method for a smooth and efficient installation process.
It is crucial to thoroughly clean the ti before its initial start-up to prevent permanent marks. 🫶🏼 The first heat cycle holds high significance and should not be overlooked.
Ensure that any engine detail spray/cleaner being used does not contain oily or greasy ingredients, as the titanium material will gradually absorb them, potentially causing the color to become dull over time.

Exactly what I ordered. Morgan was able to match my other bronze titanium very well. Definitely makes the engine bay stand out more.

Performance and visual upgrade

The piece is a work of art. The fact that these things are hand built and Morgan doesn’t ship anything that she’s not happy with quality wise. It’s nice to have someone who stands by their product and that speaks volumes in the community.
