In search for a highly skilled tig welder to join our team at Rae, I have encountered significant setbacks and wasted resources on individuals who couldn't meet our quality and fitment standards. As a result, I am hesitant to begin the hiring process again.

Due to the overwhelming influx of orders at Rae and the constant growth of the business, it is unfair to my customers to continue trying to run this not so small business by myself. I am in need of an experienced welder who is highly skilled in tig welding 304S Stainless Tubing.

• If selected to come in for an interview, you will undergo an extensive welding test to ensure adherence to quality standards. Additionally, there will be a fitment check on the vehicle. Once passed, you will be required to replicate the same product and pass another quality/fitment check.
• It is essential that you have the capability to comprehend and execute instructions, making the necessary revisions to comply with quality and fitment standards.
• Expertise in tig welding techniques
• Full-time position with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, and the option for work on Saturdays
• Fundamental understanding of fabrication is necessary.
• Mandatory: All welds must be fully back purged and penetrated.
• The materials you'll work with include: 304S 16gauge Stainless Tubing / Schedule 10.
• Achieving optimal performance and efficiency requires a foundational knowledge of performance parts and their application in vehicles.
• Proficient in the operation of bandsaws, press brake, shear, and other fabrication tools.
• Familiarity with jig fixtures is an advantage.
• Sources will be referenced.

At this time, I am in search of a welder/fabricator with advanced knowledge and experience in the field of fabrication and welding.

I have no interest in instructing someone on welding techniques, nor am I interested in providing further education on performance parts and vehicles.

Nevertheless, by investing sufficient time and effort here at Rae, individuals have the opportunity to expand their knowledge base and acquire new skills, while also working on diverse performance builds.
